Careers at Matchii.

Build the infrastructure for how agencies get hired.

We're a small, async-first team fixing a broken market. If you care about building things that work — not things that look like they work — you'll fit in.

The problem we're solving.

Hiring an agency is broken. We're fixing it.

Companies waste 4–6 weeks searching for the right agency. Agencies waste 30% of their time on business development. The middle is full of directories, reviews with no context, and proposal processes that serve no one.

Matchii replaces that with structure: verified agencies, pre-funded briefs, milestone delivery, and a wallet system that ensures everyone gets paid. We're building a two-sided marketplace where quality is the product and speed is the default.

How we think.

Six principles. No posters.

These aren't aspirational. They're operational. If they don't show up in how we work, they don't count.

📐
Structure over chaos
We build systems, not heroics. If something requires heroic effort to work, it's a design failure. Good infrastructure makes ordinary effort produce extraordinary results.
✍️
Write it down
Async-first means writing is the primary medium. Decisions, context, reasoning — if it's not written, it didn't happen. Meetings are for alignment, not information transfer.
🎯
Ship, then polish
We'd rather ship something real and iterate than plan something perfect and never deliver. Speed of learning beats speed of execution. Feedback from production beats feedback from a deck.
🔍
Quality is the product
The 11% acceptance rate isn't a marketing number. It's the thing that makes the marketplace work. We apply the same standard to our own work: if it doesn't meet the bar, it doesn't ship.
🤝
Trust by default
We hire people we trust and then trust them. No approval chains for routine decisions. No surveillance tools. If we need to monitor you, we hired wrong.
💬
Say the thing
Directness is respect. If something isn't working, say so. If you disagree, say so. We don't do passive hints, backchannel complaints, or consensus theater. Clear beats comfortable.
How we work.

Async-first. Remote-real. No theater.

We don't pretend remote work is the same as office work minus the commute. We've designed our operations for distributed teams from day one.

🌍
Work from anywhere
Fully remote. No office. No "remote-friendly with a headquarters everyone orbits around." Your timezone is your timezone. We work with it, not against it.
📝
Async by default
Decisions happen in writing. Docs, not decks. Threads, not meetings. We have a few weekly syncs for alignment, but the real work happens in focused, uninterrupted blocks.
⏱️
Outcomes, not hours
We don't track hours. We track what ships. Take time when you need it. Work when you're sharp. The expectation is clear output, not visible attendance.
🔧
Small team, high leverage
We're deliberately small. Everyone works close to the product and close to customers. No layers. No "let me check with my manager." You'll have context and authority from day one.
